Well, it could be. You might not need a website for your small business. You can use google maps to update your business details and your WhatsApp business number. All your appointments and payments can be made through it.

To access Whatsapp flows,

1. Jump to Facebook Business Suite
2. After logging in, click on “All Tools” on top column and choose the option “Business Settings” to access your Facebook Business Manager.
3. Once you are on the Facebook Business Manager, click on “WhatsApp Accounts” in the left column.
4. You can see all your WhatsApp accounts here. To check your WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), please click on a WhatsApp account and the WABA ID should appear under the WhatsApp account name.
5. Click on “Settings” and then “WhatsApp Manager”.
6. Inside WhatsApp manager on the left pane you can see WhatsApp Flows.

WhatsApp Flows requires some legal documents regarding your business to get verified before you start creating flows.
